Designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 14 guests (including children), the villa is ideal for families, friends, and group getaways. 

Our pricing is based on occupancy rather than a flat rate, allowing smaller groups to enjoy a more flexible and cost-effective stay without paying for the full capacity of the villa. Please ensure that all guests are included in your booking, including children, as the villa accommodates a maximum of 14 persons in total. For security purposes, all guests must present valid identification upon arrival at the gated entrance. As the villa is situated within a 24-hour manned and secured community, compliance with these regulations is mandatory. Surrounded by lush, park-like landscapes and tranquil lakes, guests can enjoy a quiet and private retreat while still being just minutes away from Tobago’s most popular beaches, shopping areas, and the airport. The villa features a private pool, expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, and thoughtfully designed interiors with high-quality finishes throughout.

The open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly to the porch and pool deck, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 43-inch flat screen TV with Wi-Fi connectivity.

The master suite features a king bed, while the remaining bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, all with ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for home-style dining, while outdoor spaces offer additional seating, lounging areas, and a gas BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Guests also benefit from amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, laundry facilities, and secure parking. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at an additional cost; however, these options are not offered during peak periods.
