Welcome to Flamingo Villa a spacious and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury villa located in the peaceful and secure Samaan Grove gated community. Designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 14 guests (including children), the villa is ideal for families, friends, and group getaways.
Our pricing is based on occupancy rather than a flat rate, allowing smaller groups to enjoy a more flexible and cost-effective stay without paying for the full capacity of the villa. Please ensure that all guests are included in your booking, including children, as the villa accommodates a maximum of 14 persons in total. For security purposes, all guests must present valid identification upon arrival at the gated entrance. As the villa is situated within a 24-hour manned and secured community, compliance with these regulations is mandatory. Surrounded by lush, park-like landscapes and tranquil lakes, guests can enjoy a quiet and private retreat while still being just minutes away from Tobago’s most popular beaches, shopping areas, and the airport. The villa features a private pool, expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, and thoughtfully designed interiors with high-quality finishes throughout.
The open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly to the porch and pool deck, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 43-inch flat screen TV with Wi-Fi connectivity.
The master suite features a king bed, while the remaining bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, all with ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for home-style dining, while outdoor spaces offer additional seating, lounging areas, and a gas BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking and entertaining.
Guests also benefit from amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, laundry facilities, and secure parking. With 24-hour gated security and a calm, family-friendly environment, Flamingo Villa delivers both comfort and peace of mind. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at an additional cost; however, these options are not offered during peak periods. Notes
The base rate is priced on 1-4 persons (kids are counted as a person, kids 3 and under there is no cost but they are counted in the 14) any person after 4 is an add-on of US$15 per person per night, this Villa sleeps a max of 14 persons. Plus, there is a refundable security deposit of US$350, which is pre-authorized ( not charged ) to your Card used to book 1 to 2 days before arrival and held for 7 days. If it expires during the Stay, a 2nd pre-authorization will be created. If this is unavailable at the time of the pre-authorization, we will require a local bank transfer of the equivalent before arrival.
Right to Decline or Cancel Bookings
Charming Waters Resorts reserves the right to decline, refuse, or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
Required guest information (such as number of occupants, arrival/departure times, or identification) is not provided within a reasonable time frame,
The guest fails to respond to repeated communication attempts prior to arrival,
The booking appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of any stated policies.

Please note when booking, the cost changes based on the number of occupants including kids, there is a base price on four (4) persons, then each person thereafter is an add-on of USD15 per person per night, our cost is pro-rated so that smaller groups do not pay the full price of the Villa.
Note as an additional safety measure, there are Cameras on our Premises that covers the general perimeter ( It does not oversea our Pool & internal )
